This notice covers this website and the information we keep about guests at Dahra Beauty & Spa, Sukhumvit and Silom, Bangkok. We follow Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act. Last updated 14 September 2026.
When you book online we ask for your name, email address and phone number, and any special requests you choose to add. We use these to hold your booking, send your confirmation, and contact you if something about your booking changes.
When you buy a Privilege Card we record your name, contact details, the card number and its expiry date, so that reception can recognise your card on your next visit.
If you fill in our guest feedback form after a treatment, we keep your ratings and comments. Giving your name and email there is optional. If you tick the box saying we may contact you, we may reply to your feedback; if you tick the newsletter box, we may send you occasional news and offers. You can ask us to stop at any time.
At the spa, your receptionist may note your preferred therapist or anything you tell us about your health that matters for your treatment, so we can take care of it next time. We only use this to look after you.
When you send a booking or a feedback form, our server also sees the internet address it came from. We use it only to stop automated misuse of the forms.
We do not sell or rent your details to anyone. We do not use advertising trackers on this website. We do not take card payments online, so no payment details pass through this site.
When you first visit, we ask if you accept analytics cookies. If you accept, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people use, so we can improve the site. Google receives your browser's page visits and an approximate location, but not your name, email or booking details. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and nothing is sent to Google Analytics. Your choice is saved in your browser.
Your booking goes into our own reservation system, which runs on our web hosting provider's servers. Confirmation emails are sent from our own email address through our mail server. The fonts on this website are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your browser's request for the font files, as it would for any website using them. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics receives your page visits as described above. Nothing else on this site sends your information to third parties.
Booking and card records are kept as part of our normal business records. Feedback is kept so we can see how we are doing over time. If you would like your details removed, write to us and we will do so, unless we are required to keep a record for accounting or legal reasons.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email info@dahra-spa.com and we will reply within a few days.
