How bookings, prices, offers and vouchers work at Dahra.
These terms apply to every visit to Dahra Beauty & Spa at Sukhumvit and Silom, Bangkok, and to bookings made through this website. Last updated 14 September 2026.
All prices are in Thai Baht and include VAT. We reserve the right to change our prices, promotions, discounts and Privilege Card terms at any time and without notice. The price shown when you complete an online booking is the price you pay for that booking; prices and offers published elsewhere on this site are those in force on the day and may change before your visit.
Online discounts are applied automatically at booking. Discounts are taken off the regular spa price and are not combined. Where more than one applies, you receive the larger.
Booking online reserves your treatment, room and time at the branch you choose. No payment is taken online; you settle at the spa after your treatment, in cash or by card. A confirmation with a reference number is sent to the email address you give us. Please keep it, and contact the branch if it does not arrive.
If your plans change, let us know as early as you can by phone or email so the time can be offered to another guest. Please arrive ten minutes before your treatment; if you arrive late, we may need to shorten the treatment to keep the next guest's time, and the full price still applies.
Please let us know when you arrive about any medical condition, injury, allergy, pregnancy or recent surgery. Some treatments are not suitable in every circumstance, and we may recommend an alternative. We reserve the right to decline or end a treatment where it would not be safe or appropriate.
The Dahra Privilege Card costs ฿ 2,500 and is valid for twelve months from the date of purchase, at both branches. The discount applies to the named holder and to one guest treated on the same visit; the holder must be present. The card cannot be transferred, refunded or exchanged for cash. The discount tiers are described on the Privilege Card page and may be revised for new cards; a card already issued keeps the tiers it was sold with until it expires.
Gift vouchers are valid until the expiry date printed on them, at either branch. They cannot be exchanged for cash, and any unused balance is not refunded. Please present the voucher when you arrive.
